My first helicopter ride over NYC! It was a dream come true! 🚁 I got to sit in the co-pilot seat, which made it feel even more special. The only thing I wished for was a later sunset flight, when the sky gets darker, and the city lights come on. Even so, the views were unforgettable.

A fly experience was amazing, the guy who took us to the helicopter and pilot was very nice. UNFORTUNATELY the ladies/girls on reception was rude When we arrived they treat us like intruders... Start speaking Spanish and laugh.. Make us feel uncomfortable because English is not our first language ,and is not like we there everyday and we know what we doing.... ( One of girls was learning job ) She took us to watch a video and didn't explain what next... we have to go ask for everything... But older guy and pilot was so nice We had wonderful time after all

We are glad you enjoyed your experience in the air and that our pilot and ground coordinator provided such nice service during your flight. However, we are very sorry to hear about the uncomfortable reception you received upon arrival. We are addressing this situation with our front desk team to ensure our check-in process and video briefing are explained clearly and politely to everyone. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us.
