My first purchase with Focus camera went well, the product I bought was shipped fast, It was just as described, and packaged well. The experience would be what I would expect from a good company, I would recommend them, thank you

My Credit card was charged and no product sent
My Credit card was charged inmediately, and I never received an order confirmation , receipt or anything. Nor did they send the camera I purchased.

Your image on the website showed a Manfrotto tripod, which is one of the reasons I chose buying through your company, however, I received a Slik tripod instead. Just a little misleading
