I recommend Folsom Bike to all my fellow cycling friends, as they offer high quality cycling merchandise, with top notch bikes and an amazing show room, including an impressive womens section. Im always amazed with their professional staff and those in the service department... and of course the coffee cafe with a variety of drinks, treats, beer & wine. What more could you ask for!

I bought a new Trek Domane from Folsom Bike about a year and a half ago. I've had follow-up service and all has been very good. In July this year I was getting ready for a Gran Fondo ride and wanted to get my brakes adjusted and just a general check-up. Took my bike into the Town Center location and they performed all services as requested, but Keith also discovered some very small cracks around a few spokes in rear rim. He suggested that it would probably be handled under Trek warranty. Adamen helped with the warranty submission and about a week later, Trek shipped a replacement wheel to Folsom Bike and they installed it for me. I appreciate the attention to detail that these guys show and the service is excellent.

Bought a Trek bike at El Dorado Hill location. Adamen who is a store manager helped me all the process from choosing bike to bike fitting. Very professional service and knowledgeable on everything! Most definitely going back for upgrading and buying another bike in near future!!

These guys shred! I've never had such great service on my bike! The in store coffe shop rips and the selection in accessories seriously kicks a**....mikes bikes blows compared to these guys.... wouldn't give my cycling dollars to anyone else.!!!!!

Folsom Bike is the only place I'll take my bike(s) - reliable service, immediate help for mechanical issues, the staff takes time to explain what they're doing and is readily available for any questions I have on gear/parts and they take the time to 'remember me' (asking about upcoming races, know the history of my bike issues, offer helpful suggestions on new routes to try). Service with a smile and at an affordable price plus I feel like I'm supporting my community... it doesn't get better than that. I've taken several of their free workshops and participated in their group rides- they give back and make cycling fun.
