Above and Beyond Assistance. The response and assistance I received was above and beyond what I expected and very helpful. The assistance I received from Toyin was timely and specific to my issue. I was confused and don't have extensive knowledge with HTML. He actually made a short video showing me the customized HTML to input in order to get the results I needed for my registration form. I'm so impressed! Thank you! Thank you! You're the best!

Wow, thank you for the amazing review! We’re so glad Toyin was able to step in like a true form superhero 🦸♂️— video tutorial and all! We know HTML can be a bit intimidating, so we love hearing that his guidance made things clear and easy. We’ll be sure to pass along the kudos—he’ll be thrilled! Thanks again for sharing your experience!

The support staff is very helpful. Recently, we had an error with the plugin. The staff actively engage with us and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Turns of that it was a conflict with another plugin but we would never have found this issue if not assisted from Formidable Forms support. They really do stand behind their product.

This company was able to allow me to perform a function that WIX was unable to do.

Love to hear that! Sometimes it just takes the right tools—and we’re happy Formidable could do the trick where others couldn’t. We'll keep working hard to make the impossible possible! 😄
