Amazingly quick and helpful response when I had a problem. Solved and back to work!

My service rep quickly helped me to reach a resolution with my misunderstanding of my account. Jonathan was polite and professional.

I have been using Formidableforms for almost 10 years now. This is truly the best forms plugin for Wordpress. Endless possibilities. If you run into problems, they are always willing to help you quickly.

Your Team truly behaves like a inspired Team, with genuine concern for Customers and a love of the Solution they've built and backup with meaningful, timely, encouraging support. My most recent inquiry, involving fairly complex design choices and affirmations, received responses that empower me to go forward, with confidence. As a solopreneur, rework is the enemy. Thank you!! 🙏🏽

I have been using Formidable Forms for about 7 years now and it's my main choice when it comes to custom forms. It's pretty easy to use and the reporting tools give you everything you need to analyze and store the submissions. The positive is that new features and form types are added, there are pretty unique forms, like the new calendar or the stepped form that allow you to have a wizard-like form. Pretty satisfied with it. The price is a little high, but there's no better alternative at the moment.

The customer support is fantastic. Quick responses and the staff really listen to your feedback and proactively offer solutions.

Formidable Forms has been a great company to work with! They had strong support and it's an incredible tool.

I received a very quick response from the support team, who solved my issue straight away. Many thanks!
