The quality of the prints is excellent. Ordering is clear, shipping and notifications are good, and the customer service is the best I have encountered. I've purchased from Fracture 7 or 8 times. Once when a print had problems with the colors I wrote to customer service and within 3 days they had delivered a replacement.

My daughter just loves these glass photos. Tip of the hat to their customer service, we had a slight issue with one of her prints and they could not have been nicer and they resolved it quickly. Highly recommend

I liked the pictures; they turned out great. I don't like how the pictures are hung from the wall, The paper tore where it is held by the wall screw, now I need to repair the paper and find another way to hang the picture.

I have to say the workmanship of the product is beautiful. There was a little bit of a bump in delivery but then we had an internet problem. Customer service wasn't available. Emails were not getting through. Responses were not being received and I was upset. Well, all of a sudden all of the responses came through. The replacement piece came through and a wonderful young man named Tyler made everything more than right. I can't say enough about this company. I really was upset in the beginning because they came highly recommended from friends, but seeing the way that they've gone above and beyond to make the situation right is amazing. I will definitely be using them again. And I'm so sorry that the first order was a little topsy-turvy, but the internet isn't perfect and sites do have glitches and I just happen to fall into one of those. I was just on a Time schedule and even though I didn't have their response, they made the situation 100% right within the allotted time. I just didn't know it. So when we finally did speak and I got to deal with Tyler directly, everything fell into place. Everything was wonderful and he went above and beyond in my opinion over the top to make everything great and I am very appreciative app. So I just want to let everybody know if you order fracture me prints. The workmanship is gorgeous. The stands are beautiful. I've ordered different sizes and everything I've gotten looks amazing. Thank you Tyler for restoring my face and your company. I just want to let everybody know definitely a company I will do business with again. Definitely a company that stands behind their word and their work

Fabulous I got my two daughters photos printed on glass .It lookks fantastic. I am going to hang it below their 6 year old photo which was taken four decade ago
