Just bought an engine today im waiting for it in the mail so far customer service was nice

After reading all the reviews.. I think I'll shop around.

Everything was great except for not informing me on the delivery

Ordered a Wrangler 4.0 engine from Fraser. The engine is great, runs smooth. They were running a promo where they included and pre-installed the oil pan. Sounds great. But after installing the new engine, the oil pan drips oil at the gasket. Checked torque, and the tech at Fraser that installed the pan way over-torqued it and damaged the gasket. So, I have to drop the pan, which involves dropping the exhaust too in a Wrangler, in order to replace the gasket to fix it!

Very courteous and respectful staff. Quick to answer questions and explain details about my engine purchase. Thank you again. Will be a return customer. Update... Recieved engine and didn't come with complete gaskets as promised. Called them and never received a call back about issue. Had to buy a separate gasket set to finish job. Very disappointed.

I didn't like it because to expansive the whole engine.

It was difficult to use the app I had to call twice even after I pared the details as directed. But once it worked the details were very through
