They are very knowledgeable, very attentive, very competitive... a must stop when shipping for engines & I assume transmissions too.

My engine was supposed to be non-mad and non-egr. It arrived with an Egr hole, that required being capped, but no cap plate or hardware was supplied. Since I ordered my configuration by Vin#, the replacement motor should arrive in the same configuration. If the exact match isn’t available then I should have been notified of the difference, and the required modification hardware should be supplied if needed. The motor also took more than a week longer than the sales rep on the phone led me to believe, causing me to delay a business trip.
