Freesky Swift Horse... excellent build quality and very pleasant to ride , both on roads and on rough tracks. Only negative is the manual which gives little information about settings. However the customer service was very helpful (someone called Carl) and soon sorted things out for me.

I really love my Swit Horse; it’s very solid and fast, offers impressive performance, and—above all—has the ability to cover a lot of kilometers on a single charge.

I have a freesky rocky pro, I have had it since June and to be honest haven't looked back since having it. It is so comfortable to ride, I haven't been on a bike for about 30years and was extremely nervous to begin with, but I've got to say its the best thing I've bought. Well done freesky for creating such a comfortable bike.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to wait for a replacement display and then have difficulty getting further support. We apologize for the lack of follow-up and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll share your feedback with our team to help improve our support process.
