FREESKY eBikeReviews of freeskycycle.com

I ordered a Freesky Swifthorse from the website and have been very pleased with whole experience. From the order process to the prompt delivery and easy assembly, I was on the road enjoying my new e-bike with no speed bumps at all. (Pun intended) Keep up the great work Freesky! John Phillips

I have had the warrior 530 for the summer. Both my Teenage Son and myself ride it. We live in a rural mountainous area. I use it to commute round trip 65 kms. My son uses it as his connection to buddies that live some distance away. We are both large guys over 200 lbs and the dual motor pulls all the steep stuff with ease. So far after 1200 kms and counting I have a few minor issues. The pedal crank bars started to back out at the 400 km mark so I used red locktite to deal with that and i highly recommend blue locktite during assembly. I’m 6’2” and needed to extend the seat post to find the optimal ride hight. The charge time could is a bit long and after 1200 kms I need new brake pads due to the weight of the rider and bike plus my sons aggressive ride style. Overall I am very pleased with the bike and hopefully will have years of riding ahead of us.

It all started with my best friend purchasing a Swift Horse. He had a couple issues with it but the customer service was excellent and the issue was rectified. I purchased a Warrior Pro and I love it. "go anywhere" for sure..... Kenny the Customer Service Representative gets a 5 star rating. I recommend Freesky!

It’s a great and smooth riding experience and the customer service is great to help solve my problems

I am thoroughly enjoying my Freesky Eurostar Ultra Pro, having now accumulated over 5000 kilometers. Its exceptional performance makes every ride a pleasure, and it capably navigates diverse terrains.

I ordered an eBike from FREESKY, expecting a reliable ride, but the product arrived damaged. The packaging was weak, and the bike showed signs of rough handling. The customer service was slow to respond, and when I finally reached someone, they offered a discount instead of a replacement. I was disappointed, especially since the bike was expensive. I hope they improve their shipping and quality control soon.

I bought my bike about a year ago but sadly a heart condition meant it was unused for nearly 12 months. Now thankfully I’m ready and able to use the bike but needed help with the setup so the bike was tuned to my needs. I asked by e mail for assistance and really quickly got detailed focussed and relevant assistance so that within minutes all my issues were solved Outstanding back up from a friendly company and my bike now fits me like a glove!

I recently bought my “Freesky Rocky Pro” first bike ever at 72yrs young, got to say I was very impressed with the quick delivery and on unpacking the bike found it in perfect condition without even an hair-line scratch, unfortunately on assembling we found the hub spacers the wrong size, however after contacting customer service this was soon rectified, I found Horlan really helpful and he did everything to solve the problem, on receiving the correct spacers I was quickly up and running and Im finding the bike just amazing, certainly a joy to ride. Thank you again to Horlan for your kind assistance.
