Items received were way too small and not quality items at all. I was told I had to return them to China at my expense to get a refund. Terrible company. Do not order from them!

I received boots that I ordered for my frenchie Nakoa. Unfortunately they did not fit. I contacted customer service and Sherif was quick to offer a replacement for me. Sherif was also very courteous, generous, and apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience. Sherif also kept me informed of the tracking information for the new boots in the right size. I will definitely order from them again.

Ich habe 2 Pullover in der selben Größe bestellt. Leider ist einer davon viel zu klein. Trotz ausmessen und Vergleich mit Maßangaben. Es lohnt sich im Zweifelsfall eine Nummer größer zu nehmen. Ich habe eine schlanke Bullydame und benötige XXL für sie. Sonst habe ich Größe L für sie. Auf Anfrage nach Umtausch wird erst nach Öffnung des Käuferschutz bei PayPal geantwortet. Sie schicken mir den Pullover eine Nummer größer, sobald ich hier eine Bewertung abgegeben habe. Nun hoffe ich die Ware kommt an. Die Pullis selbst sind gut verarbeitet und sehen schön aus.
