They were very responsive to my inquiry and assisted me so well with choosing the perfect sizes for all our three dogs. Would definitely love to repurchase as the materials are of excellent quality!!!

I ordered a Frenchie sweat shirt and received. Shipping was slow. I did measure according to the charts but the shirt was way too small. I contacted customer support and they opted to replace it with any item of the same price. They did not require me to send the item back which is great. The support team has promptly responded by email and have promised the replacement item of my choice.
