The tools are user friendly
The tools are user friendly, however it does not have elaborate learning tools like video for a first time user.

CRM необходимый и достаточный
Использую FRI CRM уже несколько лет. Пожалуй это та система, которая мне подходит. При малом потоке клиентов функций бесплатной версии более чем достаточно. В последнее время начал использовать разные воронки, теги, обмен контактами с google, интеграцию с календарем google. И этот опыт мне нравится.
