Ordered the planting calendar as a gift but it didn't come with stand or in a box as shown so pretty poor looking gift, should have read reviews. Emailed customer service and the response i got was confirming I’d received the right item! Absolutely useless, shocking company.

Cheap looking product, didn’t arrive with a box as indicated on website. As such couldn’t be given as a gift as intended Very unhelpful customer service. Advice would be don’t order from them taking into account other poor reviews

You could improve packaging by inserting something inside to prevent package being bent. My cards are bent perhaps labelling “ DO NOT BEND “ may help.

Great idea but the price definitely needs to be clearer showing 8.99 for the item then 2.99 for delivery. I accept that thats standard .But then another 3.oo and another 0.18 added pushing it up to £15 thats excessive if VAT at 3.00 should be showing in the price

Received my order in decent condition although the bag it was in was split. I cant comment on the flowers as these are gifts but I will let you know if they grow or not. I have passed the details onto several friends who like the idea of a growing calendar. Thanks Friendenjoy

I like the product but it is just in plain cellophane an no instructions. I wanted the three I bought for presents. Does not look suitably packed. No colour or anything.

A little disappointed that the box was not included, if it had been a present for family or friends I am not sure how to wrap the cards. There was no instructions either.
