It is not so good for Trustpilot to ask for my review because I just given my review in FS.com website. Too many asking for review can put people off.

Second order from FS.COM. Custom transceiver modules were ordered for this order as well, and they work without any problems. All products correspond to their description. Price-performance ratio is very good. Delivery times are a bit longer due to the customized products, but acceptable. - Very positive is the personal contact person, who is available for questions or problems.

Everything is top. I cannot say anything else. My orders were send immediately as they are ready.

I ordered the wrong components but FS took them back and supplied me with the correct ones with no delays. A refund was made in a heartbeat and the correct components worked like charm! I can definitely recommend doing buisiness with FS.COM

Gekauft Switch S3900-48T4S. Wir mussten den Support in Anspruch nehmen, um die Konfiguration des Switches abschließen zu können. Für die Webseiten Konfiguration über inbound Standard Ports muss eine Route gesetzt werden, default nur über den exclusiven Management Port. Der Support wurde remote vom Hersteller aus China geschaltet. Sehr guter Service und Betreuung.

Good quality products at an appealing price. Everything from order to delivery was satisfying. Staff is also very helpful and available. Highly recommended for any network hardware you need.
