Product is awesome, Full Source is a trust worthy company. Size is perfect. Shipping was just ok, shipping cost is high and it’s not real quick. I think it took right at a week or so.

I was quoted $150 for 11 safety vests, but we also got the vests embroidered with our company logo. The cost of the logo being added to the vests (3 stitch colors and the size of the logo is smaller than 4 inches tall) was $300 alone. AND they wanted to charge us another $100 to simply move the location of the logo from one location in past orders to a new location for all future orders. Charging a customer $400 to add some stitching, which is done by a machine, to $150 worth of safety vests is just insane. I understand that every company needs to make money, but I was taking our old logo and effectively cutting it's size in half, if not smaller. The cost of the embroidery should have been drastically reduced in relation to logo size. And now, since I've moved to a different safety vest manufacturer, Full Source won't respond to email requests for a DST file copy of our logo. When things like this happen, it only proves to the customer that they care more about making $$$ than they do the customer's experience or satisfaction.

Color and fabric very cheap looking

I've been shopping with Full Source for well over 10 years, when an item shipped to me damaged they replaced it and shipped it to me immediately to replace it, thats something that would always keep me coming back, good customer service, and after all those years it was my first issue, so thanks.
