Fairness works both ways, so I want to acknowledge that FXSVPS has now issued a full refund, which I have successfully received via PayPal. Credit where credit is due: FXSVPS ultimately did the right thing. I just wish they had done it from the beginning. Positive: Full refund received through PayPal. Their final responses were professional and constructive. They acknowledged my suggestions for improving their cancellation process. Negative: Unnecessarily confusing double-confirmation cancellation process. Multiple support tickets and repeated emails were required to resolve a simple refund.

I use FXS VPS to run MetaTrader 5 and my automated trading EA. The server has been running, and I can monitor my trading terminal remotely. I appreciate having a Windows server environment for algorithmic trading. The VPS is useful for keeping my MT5 terminal running without needing to leave my personal computer on all the time. I am continuing to test my EA and monitor the server's performance. Overall, it has been a useful solution for my automated trading setup.
