I had one server from them, then I ordered one more. Somehow the passwords were overriding themselves when I was having two servers, and no server could save the password, so I contacted support service. The person told me to change the passwords to one password. BUT didn't tell me later I will have to reboot so that the change is effective and I had my live accounts running there. So I chaged the passwords to one password, rebooted, it closed my terminals, and then I couldn't log in back to the server I had live accounts on. Completely irresponsible advise to change the passwords before even deleting orders and closing the terminals. Then the agent told me she will create a ticket for me. Sure, now I have to wait to reseolve it while the terminasl with pending orders are closed, completely irresposnible! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Got a bad experience where in after they do maintenance, my VPS is not reachable anymore. Instead, they created new VPS but on different server location. Old VPS files gone. :) Also, the support team replies are far from the question asked. Probably they didn't read or may be don't understand. This is not the first time, I've got several ticket where in the replies is far from the concern. Here's my last communication and my simple question with their reply (Copy-Pasted from the ticket) Question: why is my new VPS location is in Netherland? MY old VPS was Germany FXSVPS: We didn't change anyting, YOur VPS is connecting fine. So please verify it.
