The site is easy to shop and the customer service is always wonderful. I love the access to boutiques from all around that I normally wouldn’t be able to shop.

I ordered a pair of pants to take on a trip and the timing was going to be close, so I paid for express shipping. Unfortunately, there was a delay and the pants did not arrive in time. I contacted the company and, not only did they refund the cost of the shipping, but they issued me a $20 gift card to use toward a future purchase as well. This kind of customer service keeps me coming back.

Garmentory has been communicative the whole way through my transaction. And so understanding! It really felt like I was dealing with REAL people.

Easiest purchase ever! Very pleased with my purchase at Garmentory with Margo. I received my 2-tone jeans even quicker than the expected arrival quote and they were exactly what I had wanted. So sweet -even a “thank you” note hand written! Love to support small businesses.

If you didn’t know or haven’t looked yet, do yourself a favor and look through the vintage section! I love that they added this, it’s like a higher end Depop with amazing things from small boutiques all over, will be checking it religiously!
