Garmentory has been nothing but a dream. I have a deep passion for small/sustainable fashion labels, however I live just below the Arctic Circle in Northern Canada and we don’t have many clothing stores. I’ve loved all the new labels I’ve discovered on Garmentory and I’ve now made numerous purchases - all gorgeous. Not only is their selection vast and varied, they have 5-star customer service. All my orders and queries have been dealt with seamlessly and I know that the Garmentory team works hard to make things smooth for their clients and partner boutiques. I could go on and on, but really - since discovering Garmentory in 2021 all my sartorial needs have been more than met. So thank you!!! So the customer service of this company is top-notch! Unfortunately the product I bought didn’t appear as the picture showed it, but when I brought that to her attention, they immediately agreed to send a shipping label for me to return it. Their response to my emails were almost split second fast. Weak Customer Service has been a major problem during Covid, these people have figured it out. Well done!
