As always the professionalism from this company shines. Items arrived as scheduled. Purchasing was easy and fun in the objects are beautiful.

I haven't received the opal ring I bought. It should have been delivered today but nothing! How very disappointing.

Ordered a exquisite tanzanite ring , it was beyond my expectations , could not believe the price and quality. It was appraised by a GIA appraiser for thousands more than purchase price .customer service was exceptional and ring was delivered within a few days . Will be purchasing more items as I know the quality is superb. Thank You

Earrings were beautiful. Good quality!

I had been searching for a yellow diamond ring to replace my current wedding ring. I ended up purchasing 3 rings from Cirari on GSN and chose my favorite once delivered. The ring is a 2.04 yellow that is internally flawless and is mounted with 1.56 white diamonds and a halo of yellow diamonds. I had a national jeweler look at it and they could get close to the price, but not with the same quality. I sent all 3 rings back to GSN (returning 2 and resizing the one I wanted.) The main ring took FOREVER to get to GSN (approx 22 days) as it was sent "registered mail" via the USPS. I explained my concern to customer service and notated how it was packaged. They assured me they would check it and check every diamond once it arrived. Additionally, because they knew this was for an anniversary gift, they rushed the resizing and FedEx'd back to me immediately. I have purchased several items from GSN and read others' reviews regarding size. I have only had one other item that came in looking slightly smaller and that was a tanzanite. I bought it based on the carat weight; however, a lot was in the under gallery. Every other purchase (tanzanite earrings, tanzanite necklace, diamond ring, etc.) have been beautiful and priced much better than I could have purchased locally. From the sales reps, to the floor managers, to the jeweler manager, and the customer service, I have been very pleased with GSN. My only concern was how long the USPS took to deliver my ring.

All of the people are friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help. They are patient and willing to take them time necessary to make each shopping experience a fun one.

Last UPDATE: Trish made good on everything that I had problems with. They took the rings back. They refunded my money and paid for the shipping/insurance. I was very happy with that. I give them 5 stars for the customer service AFTER I got ahold of Trish. The others did not help me. I am only giving them the 3 stars for selling inferior products and saying "well ya some of the venders are not very reputable" Then stop doing business with them and we would have never had this problem? Thanks again Trish for making this right. I truly appreciate your help. Blessings to you. UPDATE: Just got off the phone with Trish. Working on a solution. Will repost/update after resolution. This is so very SAD. This was my first and very last experience shopping with Gem Shopping Network. Sadly, I took the tag off of the first one. DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG. You cannot return if you remove the tag. Just another way to get over on you. I took the rings to a very notable jeweler. Both rings are garbage. One of them, the small diamonds? (are they really diamonds) only have one prong on many of them. If it is worn they will fall off. The stones were. so "poorly cut" that the prongs "had to be stretched" and will break easily. The ring is hollow. The jeweler says he would never sell such a poor qualiity in their shop. I paid a lot of money for these two rings. Now I HAVE TO PAY to ship them back. I really feel scammed. I fully expect this company to say that they never received my return and keep my money. If it seems too good to be true, it is because it is. I am stuck with a garbage ring that is going to fall apart. These were supposed to be keepsakes for my grandchildren. I should have known better. SAVE YOURSELVES and just avoid this company. They won't even send you a return shipping label. I would give them a ZERO star if that was possible.

Prompt delivery. Packed and delivered securely.
