Hi Michael, we’re sorry for the confusion. The video shown on this listing is a general category video demonstrating our socket products and is not specific to the exact 7/32-inch socket you ordered. It appears across many of our socket listings. The item you purchased/received is a 7/32-inch hex bit socket with a 1/4-inch square drive, which matches the product title and description. However, we understand how the video may have suggested a different drive or shank style. Please contact us and send a photo of the fastener, along with the tool or connection you are trying to use.
