Ordering was 5 stars , but it was very difficult to process a request on product . You guys need to fix this . Can never get a hold of anyone with phone calls. Other than that the ordering was a breeze .

Ordered the tool on a Saturday and got a confirmation for the order and the payment immediately, but when I checked the status of the order Monday afternoon, the website showed there was no order. I understand you work Mon.-Fri so I checked again Tuesday and same thing. I called the office and none of the departments answered. Left a message and return number and never got a call back. Wednesday afternoon the part shipped and I received it on Friday so all is well, but not returning customer calls is bad business. That is my only complaint. The socket was hard to find and you had it at a good price, so I'm happy. Thank you.

The sockets I got were great . Well built . Love the sizes stamped in not just painted on to wear off . Web site is a little difficult to navigate and find what u want.

Good website, prompt delivery! I’m an aircraft mechanic.Purchased swivel socket set. Not as well built as snap-on, but couldn't beat the price! Could break 5 sets and still be ahead of the price snappy was asking. Sure they’ll work just fine for lighter duty jobs.
