Had such a good experience with this company. Tyler was such a big help finding my floor. We got the Pet Perfect carpet for the living room and master bedroom - it looks so great. Definatee recommend GA Carpet

purchased carpet from them for my rooms, steps and my office. First problem: didn't deliver carpet, only padding. My carpet was in a warehouse somewhere. Took days to get it. Second problem: despite me giving accurate footage, there was not enough carpet for my staircase. Third problem: the padding for my office wasn't enough, despite my giving accurate measurements. Please stay away from this company! They send whatever they want and you will be in a situation where people are there to install, only to find out it's not enough. I've had to pay out more money to get additional padding and carpet, despite having paid for the entire amount needed. Not a reliable source at all!

Delta with a lady there that was quick and professional. Hassle free shipping, and had my vinyl in 3 days. Great product at a great price

Me and my husband got excellent service, very happy with the result. So far the best option we've tried in Georgia.

Terribly disappointed …I ordered carpet and padding. 1 roll of padding was damaged. It was rolled up and in plastic, when opened it had holes punched all the way through the roll. After contacting Georgia Carpet, and getting the run around for several weeks I was told I only paid $3.99 for the padding and I was offer a discount to repurchase at $2.75. I paid $74.00 a roll, don’t know where they got that number and I paid $265 to get it shipped. Since I paid them for shipping they should make sure it arrived undamaged. Never buy from them again.

Steve Brownlee is the best! Initially I was very wary about spending over $5k on luxury vinyl from a company thousands of miles away. However, throughout the whole process, Steve was there to answer all my questions (even on weekends), and helped me get the best deals on all the materials I need to order for my project. Thank you Steve and thank you Georgia Carpet!

Fast delivery and good prices. My sales person Breanna was very helpful and she answered all our questions. We will buy from them again.

Incredibly DISAPPOINTED with the service. We had beautiful hard wood floors both purchased and installed from Georgia Carpets. Really wanted to buy locally. Floors are now squeaking and shifting even when no one is on the floor. I have contacted them a total of 6 times, yes 6!! It was suggested that I sprinkle baby powder on them to see if that helps. Did that with no improvement an now no one will respond to my calls. I would NOT RECOMMEND at all. Super unhappy.
