I've tried a couple of smart locks such as the August home lock and the Nest. I've been enjoying the better quality video and ease of use from this smart lock from the couple days I've been using it. Great purchase so far!

Installed by my husband, we only had one issue it was a simple solution he figured it out. The Gate Lock is great and very conveniente. Just Love it. I will buy another and will recommend. Next one I'll buy through home depot because the gate customer service line is horrible you can not get a real person.

Excellent customer service

I got it for my grandmother who is pretty old and lives alone. Sometimes we order grocery for her online, and we wanted to make sure to see who is at the door before letting them in. I had some problem connecting it up with my wifi at first, but overall it does the job done. It's the most complete smart lock out there in the market for sure, and I totally recommend it.
