Notion detected the issue and notified me. It told me what to do to fix the problem and after a couple clicks, the order was complete. The part I needed arrived in a few days. Very easy!

Could be more compatible and interoperable. I used SmartThings and need to use IFTTT to bridge it. It would be great if the sensors directly worked with it.

I emailed Notion, thinking it was another company, asking for assistance. Carissa in Notion's Customer Service replied to my email and still helped me by providing a link to the correct company's tech support and even provided a link to Notion's tech support page, just in case. They provided great customer service to a person who is not even a paying customer. If I ever need any kind of monitoring system I am definitely purchasing from Notion, purely based on this one interaction.

Like the simplicity and versatility-app, bridge, single sensor type-many applications. Impressed with stability of connection, quality of materials, attention to details.
