For the most recent visit the cleaner used a cleaning agent with a very intense and overwhelming scent. I have sensitivities to strong smells, so I would ask that future visits prioritize unscented products.

They cleaned someone else's apartment instead of my own. Sent me pictures of the inside of that person's apartment and then tried to tell me I just didn't realize they had been there and cleaned. I did finally get a refund, but it took talking to 3 different people and telling them I was going to talk to my apartment manager before they seemed to take me seriously

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, and the delay from our support team. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we truly regret the inconvenience it caused. We’ve ensured that the refund for the incorrect cleaning has been processed back to the card on file. Moving forward, we’ve instructed our support team to address these concerns proactively and promptly, without requiring additional escalation or delay. Your feedback has been extremely helpful in identifying where our communication and process improvements are needed most, and we’re actively working to strengthen the support we provide to all customers. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and for giving us the opportunity to make things right!
