This is my third buy of this light. I have given two away to my stitching friends. They make great gifts.

Ordered one previous and service so great and easy and fast I ordered 2 more because I loved the product

Love the neck reading light. The options, especially for warm light that won't interfere with sleep, are excellent. Love that I can adjust the brightness. The device is very flexible. It seems a tad large to me but it's size would not discourage me from recommending to friends. Wish it was made in the US instead of China but there is little to be done about that at the moment.

I reached out to their support team and initially got a timely and, seemingly, helpful reply. When I attempted to reply to their email addresses I got a message saying their email address didn't exist. Really suspect for an e-commerce company.

I wrote: My items did not arrive, where are they? UPDATE, less than 24 hours later, the company has contacted me checking address and now awaiting second delivery attempt. UPDATE 2: The lights arrived in good condition. Glocusent support was excellent.

Best book lights I’ve ever had. Great for paperbacks because clipper book lights weigh down the paper and it’s hard to keep straight and secure.

Arrives fast, always quality products.

All the lights I've purchased from here are best in quality at a great price. So bright & white lights, also have charging process. Really great customer service, thanks Glocusent.
