GlocusentEver since we saw our first sunrise illuminate the beautiful Colorado Springs, we’ve become a lighting product company that believes that light is a critical element to capturing the magic in moments. This is a scam company!!! As soon as I placed my order the web site, text msg and phone numbers do NOT WORK. Avoid glocusent - a scam operation.

Hi AT, thank you very much for your feedback. It seems we had an issue with our phone number and our website, it was temporarily shut down for some reason. You can reach out to us at [email protected] if the phone number doesn't work. :)

Quality appears to be excellent. I love that it is chargeable. My 96-yr old Mom loves hers! I ordered seven and they arrived in 4 boxes over a few days. They are each in their own gift box so it's easy to gift-wrap.

Hi Cookie, Thank you very much for your genuine feedback. The logistic part is always our primary concern that needs to be solved. As the delivery process is out of our control, it is difficult for us to make sure all deliveries can meet our requirements. We are sincerely sorry about the dented package, and we will keep improving our delivery process. Warmest Regards, Glocusent team

This is my favorite gadget of the year. I use it for everything and have given it as a gift many times. It is great for all kinds of projects… plumbing, knitting, and reading in bed when your partner wants to sleep.

My order was unable to be fulfilled due to a lack of stock in Canada but I was quickly notified and offered options. I chose to cancel my order and was immediately refunded on my credit card. I was also offered to be notified when the product was again in stock. I know there are many supply issues these days which are somewhat out of suppliers control, so this is a review of the process rather than the product I ordered.

Hi Robert, Thank you very much for your feedback and your support of our business. We are so sorry for the situation. Due to the pandemic and everything, it becomes extra difficult for us to control our inventories worldwide, but we will keep it up and try to do a better job to provide our customers a better shopping experience with Glocusent. :) Kind regards, Glocusent team

I’m truly in love with the light that goes around your neck. I ordered 10 for Christmas presents. I took mine to the hospital and many other people ordered them. I should get a commission. ❤️ Such a great idea for readers, knitters, we used ours camping. Amazed by this product. 😁😁😁😁
