Support went beyond expectations, honestly amazing..

Had one of their discontinued mice (Model D wired) break on me recently. When I went to grab another, only v2 and above were available. (Which to be fair they are great, Im just a creature of habit). Figured Id write in and ask if they had any laying around somewhere I could snag and whilst I wasnt expecting anything, I was met with a conversation with GloriousAvery about how they would pass on my love and excitement of the original Model D. Might even see a legacy line some day and that to me is enough. Through years of service they've always shown they care. As well as providing mice that go above and beyond for day to day use whilst gaming.

I have had Glorious keyboards before, so I bought, from a local BestBuy, another one that I thought was bare bones. It turned out it was a complete keyboard. I'd already ordered keycaps from Glorious, so I wrote, hoping to cancel. Although it was a Sunday, they answered very quickly, agreeing to cancel. Then I had another issue with the RGB lighting that I was too stupid to figure out from their support page. Again (still on Sunday) they got back to me very quickly with the solution, as well as being nice about the fact that I just misread their FAQ
