Using the website was simple enough. Notification of tracking number was a little confusing as you get a request to sign up for 'Route' to track your order. A separate email comes across with the tracking number. CONS: Your email address will be added / sold to Route to 'assist' you in tracking your order. Anyone with common sense knows that you just need a tracking number and place that into Google. Tracking done. All the major carriers keep it simple to allow updates for that order to text / email. After I received the product, I started receiving numerous spam emails from hello.route.com that were completely unrelated to Gobiotix. Trust with my information destroyed.
