I asked to revise my order. I was told if the order had not been processed, I could revise it; otherwise, I would have to return product for a refund and resubmit my order. Three weeks went by, no product, no refund. I finally got a response by email. My order had been canceled but they forgot to refund my money. They have good products but very poor customer service .
