Disappointed with Products
Ordered Christmas ornaments and are very disappointed. They look nothing like the website pictures. We paid over $22.00 for flat pieces of wood with a laminate picture on them. No return slip or receipt in box. Would never order from this company again!

Dear Carol, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. The ornaments you received are exactly as described and shown on our website. Each ornament arrives with a thin brown protective film on the front side to prevent scratches during shipping. Once the film is peeled off, the clear printed design appears as intended. We did explain this to you 4 times before you posted your review, and the product images on our website show the ornaments after this film has been removed. Thank you for your understanding.

Would have been a wonderful product if…
Would have been a wonderful product if the embroidery was centered on the sweater. One side was closer to the left sleeve and the other side was closer to the collar than the other. Could not return for a replacement on Amazon. Somewhat low quality fabric and stitching for what you pay for.

Father’s Day disappointment
I purchased a t-shirt weeks prior to Father’s Day. This was to be one gift for my husband. The front decal was off center and the family name on the sleeve was not ours! I contacted customer service the day I received the shirt and they guaranteed I would get a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received the shirt nor will they answer any of my emails. I paid $50 with shipping for a shirt that my husband will not wear. I will never order from them again and I advise for everyone else to be very cautious!

I have tried to contact GodMerch…
I have tried to contact GodMerch without success. Their voicemail is full and no one has responded to my emails or the message I sent via their website. My order was shipped on June 5th. The USPS tracking says the label was prepared by GodMerch but the post office has not received the product. This was suppose to be delivered by tomorrow for a special occation.

Embroidery is not centered and crooked. I won’t wear it. I will be a first time grandmother and was so excited about my purchase… until it came in. They state upfront no returns on custom orders so there ya go. No more godMerch for me

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! It ordered well over $300 in sweatshirts under the impression (because of pictures of the merch) that the sweatshirts were Gildan brand. They are not. They are low quality and shrunk A LOT (down at least one size, maybe two) when I washed them. (I did not dry them because I noticed that they shrunk.) The only reason I gave this shop a 2 is because the design is cute. I almost didn’t give the sweatshirts as gifts because I was so embarrassed.
