i got my most of my products in a quick amount of time. GoKart USA let me know on my receipt in the box that my exhaust was on back order. i reached out to them to get a status update on that item but i havent heard anything from them in weeks

Great quality,fast shipping. Very happy with my purchase. I have to assemble the bike but I'm sure it will proved many years of enjoyment.

We love the cart and so does our Grandson. We were delighted how timely the delivery was. The driver was extremely helpful with unloading it. The only issue was the seat belts do not work properly. My husband purchased real race car seatbelts for the driver side. Safety first.

Easy ordering and delivery was great

Worst experience ever. Very poor customer service. Really doesn't seem to want to get it right or do the right thing. Sent the wrong vehicle. Would stay away from this "company" - there are others out there offering the same. However the other companies actually care about the customer, the money you want to spend and get it right.

Have not received any thing at all...scam?

Part back order couldn't give me rough time for part so ordered from different company.
