I have always been impressed by GoldStar. This recent handling of precious metals was painless and quick on GoldStar's part. Still waiting to here about the COD shipment from the holding company.

My concerns were immediately addressed.

Instructions on how to purchase assets needs to be revamped so that it is easier to navigate and include where to send. Them.

I called last week to finalize my paperwork on opening a new account. The representative said she will email me the forms to sign to complete the process and still today I haven't receive anything. I've emailed my concern over the weekend and no one responded. Please advise, thank you. v/r Ed
