Wonderful customer service I had a rep from the company with me through both of my transactions start to finish!

I wish I could give Goldvara 10 stars!! My first interaction was with Steve Madar via text. I sent one item and he responded immediately with a generous offer pending inspection. He was very pleasant and explained the process to me. I was hesitant for personal reasons, but he was not pushy at all, told me to take my time, and if I decided to move forward he would work with me. I made the decision to send a few items to Goldvara and I am so glad I did. Their process was exactly as he said it would be. I received the mailing kit, followed the instructions and sent my items. The tracking system was perfect and let me know the moment my items were received. I was thinking it would take a couple of days to hear from someone and wow, was I wrong! I heard from them the same day with pictures of my items on the scale and an offer that was much more than I anticipated. I accepted the offer and the payment process was put into motion. Mr. Madar sent a text thanking me for trusting him and his company. I let Mr. Madar know that working with him and Goldvara was amazing and that I wished more businesses were as customer oriented, honest, and friendly. Take it from me, if you want the most amazing customer service, and the best offer for your items, use Goldvara!!

I have only had a great experience working with GoldVara! I have sold gold to this company serval times and they do not disappoint! Steve is amazing! He is swift at managing his customer concerns and making sure payment is sent in the stated time frame! If any delays Steve responded so swiftly and I received payment the next early morning. I appreciate the transparency and honesty of this establishment. Steve communicates well and payment is also processed fast. the best gold prices I have found this far! Please keep up the honesty and integrity… we appreciate it more than we may express.

Parting ways with gold over the mail is strange to say the least. But after speaking with Steve, he eased my nervousness. The pre ship estimate, shipping label and communications were smooth. I was able to easily sell some gold chains that haven’t been warn in 20 years. The offer came in right at the estimate and payment was quick.
