Noah is an answered prayer. After years of irregular posture and gait, I recently reversed it all with a knee surgery and have been struggling just to do daily stand up activities. In just trying out the inserts I can feel my posture, confidence and gait improving. The paralyzing pain in my low back disappeared and I can't wait to wear them more for that feeling to stay.
