The socks came out better than expected !

So far my experience sucks. They took my $57 dollars over a month ago. They provided a link that said the socks were turned over to the post office. The post office link said they didn't have the package. Pupsocks customer service has not responded at all to four emails. Don't waste your time and money. Pass this product by.

I got two pair of socks one was correct the other was not. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and no one returns my emails. So I paid $30 for a pair of socks with someone else dog on them! So I did a little research and it looks like lots of ppl have bad experience with this company….do your research before you spend $ don’t make sams mistake I did

I ordered 3 items, but in the package received I only got 1 of my items. The product itself is adorable and I am happy with it. However, customer service is left to be desired. I have emailed multiple times and auto reply states I will hear from someone in a couple of hours and it has been a week since my first email. I have spent alot of money on your products and would appreciate being contacted back.

They were just ok. For the price, I thought they might be better quality.

Sock material isn’t the best and the coloring obscures custom picture, as it’s not as picture on the site. Rendering was inaccurate. Overall not super impressed, but they are novel and a cool idea.

Was happy with the order.

Revived someone else socks and never got a refund or any reply from the company.
