Perfect!! Socks with my dogs faces came out perfect!

Placed order 11/21. Received it 12/7. Opened upon receipt. The white westhighland Terrier pup printed in the blanket was PURPLE. I immediately reached out to support referencing my order number. No response so I followed up again on 12/10. I still have not received a reply. I would really appreciate a response from you.

Sale was ok, but socks left out the face of one of our pets. I would return it and order again with a better photo, but the time to receive the item was longer than I expected, so I am afraid it wouldn't get here by Christmas. Add to that, incessant emails after the sale, I found the entire buying experience less than stellar.

They are very thin and very straight. Should call them puphose not socks.

The quality of the sock is terrible, I bought this as a Christmas present for my dad and I honestly do not want to give them because of how bad they are. Online the socks look like they would be a nice dress sock, but they are poorly made. The photo turned out well which is why I did not give 1 star.

The socks I ordered for my son are damaged. There was a fold in the sock when it was printed and now there’s a big white spot on the sock. I cannot get customer service to respond to me and these were a Christmas gift. Very bummed. Poor quality control and customer service. The kids socks also look huge. I do not recommend.

I ordered a womens size 4-8 and what arrived seemed to be a mens XL. They’re a gift and they will not fit my aunt. I contacted pup socks a few times about the issue and have not heard back. Not good customer service especially around the holidays.
