Hasn’t arrived Waiting to be contacted by an advisor for days! Not impressed Haven’t even got the items to critique

I am thinking I’ve been scammed. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!

My order does not appear to be sent, I enquired and was told shipping has been halted to New Zealand. I was given options on how to proceed but have not had any response to my choice.

Our dog passed earlier this year and I ordered a blanket for my husband. The quality of the blanket is fantastic. The customization of the blanket was more than I could ask for. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all family members and friends wanting custom items. 100% impressed with my purchase.

I did not receive the socks I ordered and have tried to reach out several times. I would appreciate it if someone would call me back or reply to my inquiry.
