Absolute garbage customer service. It is impossible to get in touch with anybody, I’ve emailed and messaged them several times regarding a order I had questions about and they never respond. Also they claim to ship within 8-10 business days of ordering if you’re in the US. Mine still just says “in production” which isn’t a huge deal, but I wanted to make sure I got them in time for Christmas, but since nobody will respond to me at all, this company gets 1 star. Atleast have some decent customer service if nothing else.

My brother in law loved his socks, with the picture of his beloved puppy. It was a great gift for the season and, as someone who doesn't like to wear a mask, I think with his puppy's face on it he definitely will!

I cant track my order from november 14 and no message from you of delivery status. That's bad service :(

OMG these are the cutest socks ever. I bought them for my granddaughter with our 3 cats on them for xmas. They are perfect, and so fun.

In their home section, in their web page, they do not mention that the production of the socks take more than a week. Si if you do not review FAQ, its impossile to know that you need to count with the production days. Who reviews the FAQ?? Why isnt this information on your home section?? You only mention the fast shipment. After I Pay I received an email indicating that I will receive the sock between 8 to 10 business days. That is not fast right?? So now I am leaving from SF to Peru without my socks for christmas. Also, you did not answer any of my emails. Specially the one when I ask you for information about the production time, so I can change the shipment address.

4 cat masks I ordered 4 cat masks as gifts, 2 with one cat, and 2 with another cat. They were delivered to me within 2 weeks and they looked exactly like I expected. The quality of the photo was perfect and the material of the masks is comfortable. I couldn't be happier and the recipients loved them.
