Gorilla CasesReviews of gorillacasestore.com

Absolutely fraud of a website. DO NOT BUY FROM gorillacasestore.com. 1. I should have read all the reviews here before I went ahead and ordered, thats my mistake. 2. After placing my order, no confirmation or order link was sent, I had to email them again to confirm. They sent me two separate emails, one email containing the wrong order number and someone else information and order - breach of privacy & leaking of confidential information. 3. I immediately sent a cancellation email as I realized this is a scam website, to which they replied they cannot cancel as they have already shipped- however I still have not received a tracking number showing my order being shipped out. This is all within a 24 hour window. I will be notifying my bank immediately so they can investigate this fraud website and charge them back. Again I repeat - DO NOT BUY FROM gorillacase.com FRAUD website

Never received my order. Numerous emails with no response. Customer support is a joke. They claim to even support the military. I am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran and i'd like to visit the address in Ohio that they claim to operate out of. DO NOT MAKE AN ORDER AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!

Folks, look at the other negative reviews of this company as they are all legit. It took over 2 weeks to receive my iphone case and when it arrived it was the wrong case. Human customer support is a lie as the number is AI generated, so you will never reach a live person. They promise email responses within 24 hours, and again that is simply not true. I have been promised a gift card, free screen protectors, and camera protectors and that has not happened either. Best of all, they do not issue refunds, just store credit. All if want is the correct iphone 16 pro max case. Please stay away from this company as there are much better places to get a phone case...........just wish I would have read other reviews, before ordering from them:(

Ordered phone case which never arrived. It's been over 30 days since I ordered it. Customer support is a total joke. I've emailed several times without response. When you call the 'support' number, you get an initial greeting from an AI agent, but it is not responsive to any voice requests or phone buttons. Just the sound of silence. Unable to get any live body at all. Horrific. Working with my bank to get charges reversed. Don't waste your money on this.

Wish I'd known about this site before I ordered from them. Item sent was some cheap "fashion case" from China (literally-that is what was written on the sealed bag that it came in!), not at all the military-grade piece that was described on their site. What a rip-off!

Fake company, won't answer phone, AI assistance doesn't work. Ships wrong products

The item I received was not as described and when I reached out to customer service, the response was rude and condescending, including laughing emojis. Regardless of the screen shots I sent with proof, I was treated extremely poorly and eventually they stopped responding. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced phone case that I could have bought on Temu for much less money had I known the quality would be the same.

Horrible company, they do not respond to anything. They are drop shipping you TEMU quality stuff at a higher price.
