Customer service is amazing!! Needed to change my subscription delivery date and they made it very easy!! The wine is amazing! The red wine better when served a little chilled rather than at room temp. I have the subscription and it great.

I haven't even received my order yet, and the experience with their service has been amazing. One of my sisters passed away unexpectedly and I had to go out of town. They have worked with me to get the packages to a UPS holding location so my husband is able to pick up the box for me!
