Gregg Helfer Ltd. - Private JewelerReviews of gregghelfer.com

Working with Gregg was a great experience. He was very helpful and accommodating. He asked a few questions and was able to help create exactly what I wanted. He was keen to keeping me in my budget and made himself available to my schedule.

Six stars if they were Cubs fans.

Great customer experience with excellent quality at a fair price. Will purchase from Gregg Helfer Ltd. again!

I have had Gregg create several pieces for my wife and they have been exceptional. His caring design and creativity are second to none. His service after the purchase, if needed, is so seamless and friendly that you never want to go anywhere else.

I had to replace a stone in a band and get my rings cleaned. Gregg was helpful and the service was completed promptly

Dropped my fiancées ring off for a re-size, held it for two weeks, returned it unchanged.

Gregg is the only jeweler I will ever use. Top notch service! My wife and I have recommended him to countless friends and stranger. I can't think of one that hasn't been anything but absolutely pleased with their experience. It's been 10 years since he made her custom engagement ring. He and the rest of the team have become like family over those years.

Excellent service and very professional staff.
