This site is a rip off. Purchased two ferns and has been 3 weeks and website is claiming they are still in transit. A pure waste of time snd money. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Advertised that it ships in 5 to 7 business days. I'm at 30 days and it is still 'in transit'. Customer service was zero help. Dont waste your time with this company

This is such rip-off scam, they do not send products out and then send false tracking information out. The tracking information is so ignorant that not only is it the wrong city but the wrong state. Over 2 months and have not received anything at all and only get generic false apologies.

This is the scam website that other scam websites aspire to be. Do not ever buy anything from here at all. You will regret any interaction with this site and its social media spin offs.

Always in transit, have to talk to bot, appears to be no way to get refund on something that didn’t arrive! Would definitely not recommend this company, scam merchants.

A very poor heart cuddle product. As with previous reviewer unsatisfactory product. Poorly finished off in sloppy painted manner. Customer service on being contacted and photos sent said they would offer $2 compensation! So sad as the original photo looked great. Do not use as a company!
