Great community to find Venture Capital deals that are not easily accessible
Growth Circle (GC) is an excellent platform for anyone looking to access venture capital deals that are not typically available to the general public. However, it is important to understand exactly what the community is and what it is not. When it comes to tax strategy, many of the concepts Braiden Shaw discusses on YouTube and in webinars, like workforce housing and heavy machinery deductions, can readily be found through your own research, a CPA, or another tax strategist. Furthermore, GC relies entirely on self-study and self-networking. This hands-off approach works wonderfully if you have the time to invest, but it means this is not the right fit if you want hands-on, detailed financial advice. There are quarterly calls with an advisor(but you have to set up the call yourself), but they are not legally able to give you specific financial advice. Their role is simply to help you complete deals, guide you through the process, and introduce you to people with deeper expertise in certain areas. My only real disappointment was with their external recommendations. For instance, I talked to Prime CPA, a firm recommended by the community. The salesperson felt a bit like a used car salesman, focusing heavily on tax savings without offering real explanations. They even refused to answer basic questions unless I paid a large upfront fee just to speak with an actual CPA. Paying entirely upfront for CPA services without knowing if they will actually help you when needed is not a standard approach I am accustomed to. That said, I do not want this single negative experience to overshadow what GC has to offer. No company is perfect, and GC still brings value to the table. They also offer a prompt, hassle-free refund policy, making it entirely risk-free to try. If you have some extra capital, are willing to take some risks, and enjoy independent learning, I recommend diving into GC for its excellent VC opportunities. One size does not fit all, but it is well worth the try.
