I have 4slice toaster. One side stopped working. They sent me an email asking for a copy of my receipt. I can not find it replied to the email informing them of this. Now no reply as to what to do. They said just don't throw it out. Now what????? The customer service is terrible. They need to start answering calls if they are not going to answer e-mails.

I purchased a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew at Sam’s. After a short while it began to leak and it made my countertop swell. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe it was my fault so I tried it again. Water everywhere!!!!! I didn’t have my receipt nor the box so I called Hamilton Beach. They offered me free shipping if I wanted to order another one. Thanks but no thanks, I may never support Hamilton Beach again . They don’t stand behind their products

I purchased a Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor less than a year ago at Target. The on/off button suddenly did not work. For one week I have been emailing them (with no response whatsoever). Their customer service number says they are not operating phone lines due to Covid Excuse me! A customer service rep can well work from home during this pandemic to service customers. But no! I have my Target receipt and my warranty. Target won't replace it as it is over 3 months old. It is more than $60 to buy a new one but Hamilton Beach won't respond. Shame on you! The worst but the worst customer service (or lack of) that I have ever ever experienced. I will never buy their products again. Shame on you for not servicing your products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I purchased a Hamilton Beach iron last year, it is still in warranty, I emailed them as phone lines are closed due to Covid-19. I emailed on Aug 3'2020 got a reply on Aug 11'2020, for asking more details about the product, but never ever got a reply after that. I don't know how I will gonna be able to get a reply!

The customer service is horrible. They sent me the wrong carafe for my flex brew coffee maker and they are trying to tell me it is the correct one. The one I received is an inch smaller than the one I need and has a completely different handle. I sent them a picture off of their website of what my coffee pot should look like and I sent them a picture of the coffee pot that I received. Totally different. They are giving me a hard time. I will never purchase another item

To those lucky enough to speak to or be emailed by a customer rep congratulations! Four times i have emailed them and just got the standard response.We will reply in three business days. Also do not buy a bread maker as after about 50 uses the pan starts to leak grease into the dough or out the bottom of the pan.A common failure in these type of products with a bearing. Edit:So the day after posting here i got a reply from customer service asking me for a serial number. Which i sent them. Twelve days later they have agreed to post me a replacement pan at no cost to me. Maybe they are reading these reviews? It took them eleven weeks but they got there, so don't give up and let them off with bad quality products. Final edit:My replacement bread machine pan arrived yesterday.Only took three months to get this result. Keep at them.

I purchased a HB hand blender in 2017 with a warranty that doesn't expire until 2021. During the time I've owned the blender, I've only used it 5-6 times because I don't cook with it that often. The blender abruptly stopped working about a month ago. After more than 6-10 attempts at contacting the company re replacing the blender according to the warrants coverage, a customer service representatives finally responded and requested that I send a receipt, which I did. After about another week, I was told that they couldn't read the print on the copy that I sent via email. Phone calls are not returned at their customer service number (800) 851-8900 and it takes them a week or so to respond to emails. A message on their website explains that the response delay is due to COV-19. Fast forward, I'm currently stuck with a blender that wasn't of quality and a warranty that the company isn't accepting. Very frustrated and will not purchase anything with a Hamilton Beach label attached.

Purchased a Hamilton Beach - Premium Dough & Bread Maker - Model 29888C in June of 2020. I have been trying to register the product since then on their web site and by phone. Their web site is a joke and so is their customer service by phone. They are blaming poor customer service on Covid-19. Other business have customer service representative working from home and are doing fine. Will never buy another Hamilton Beach product again because of the customer service.
