Got to say this is my new favorite tool. The case is so sturdy and all the bits are held magnetically. The motor is powerful enough for most jobs. I’m buying a few more for Xmas gifts.

I didn’t received the correct item, the package contained something different. I have send an email with pictures with the question what to do with the wrong item and a request to send me the right item. Hopefully this will be resolved. Greetings, Henk.

I did not realise that your company is in USA.as you know Europe in general and Greece in particular our subject to the new custom taxes. Therefore it is prohibited for me to pay this kind of taxes

The product arrived on the 8th of October and the only issue was on the delivery end. The package was placed in a non secure location and was only by chance that we discovered it prior to the forecasted rain. The product is exactly as described and the quality is excellent. It is currently charging and I look forward to putting it to work soon.
