My daughter Jasmine got sick and has to see the nurse at Hazel Clinic she was very polite very professional but she seems to actually care which is what I like best

This really helped my daughter having an outlet over the summer to vent her frustrations to and just having a nonpartisan person to share with.

The efficiency

It's was easy and fast, I received a summary of the visit, it was very useful

They never send the report from school , what type of medicine and how much was prescribed

The customer service is HORRIBLE. There is no way to speak to a human being. All phone numbers are automated and direct you to the website or email. The website directs you to an email. Emails do not get a response. While the therapists may be helpful, it's hard to contact anyone if the service is bad. Hazel Health did not operate this way 2+ years ago. I don't now what's going on and it's causing me to look elsewhere for care for my children.

Love how they keep you updated in detail I get an email,text, and call when ever my kid is seen
