Thank you for helping my kiddo have a healthy experience communicating about their feelings.

My daughter’s anxiety and depression were a dark cloud hanging over her junior year of high school. We had tried different paths to help her, but I never considered online therapy- I just couldn’t imagine it being effective. Her school counselor recommended Hazel Health, and at that point I was open to anything that might help. Registration and intake couldn’t have been easier. The intake coordinator was so warm and kind, and she went the extra mile to make sure my daughter had a therapist before summer break. My daughter loved her therapist and her sessions. She connected with her in a way that never happened with her in-person therapists, which opened the door to her feeling truly supported and open to change. I was completely wrong about online therapy. My only complaint is that Hazel Health doesn’t offer long-term support, although they will help you with figuring out the next steps if needed.

My daughter enjoyed her meeting time and looked forward to it each week. I would have love for it go on longer and I feel she was just getting started in her ability to use strategies learned.

Provider cancelled often, sessions were not rescheduled. Did not see any progress in Zoey.

My family was going through a crisis and so my daughter needed therapy sooner than i could find someone long term. Then, our insurance changed and I had to start over with a new pediatrician. Hazel health considered our circumstances and extended her sessions. When her therapist went on leave she was placed with someone that did not feel like a good fit. Without any issue, they switched her to someone that was a better match. It really helped her get through this difficult time and now we have long term care in place. Our experience with Hazel Health was really wonderful and I'm so grateful they made it easy because when you're going through crisis, everything feels harder than normal so working with people who don't make it even more difficult is valuable.

They really helped my son who's 9 understand life and his emotions a lot better

Thanks to the session my child was able to get through lot of stressful situations with his friends and the bullying. He is doing so much better
